Project Spotlight: Angel’s Envy Sewer Force Main Extension

Building Infrastructure for Growth in Henry County

Abbie Jones Consulting (AJC) partnered with Carrollton Utilities to deliver the Angel’s Envy Sewer Force Main Extension in Campbellsburg, KY. This project designed and engineered a new 8” PVC force main and lift station to support operations for Louisville Distilling Company (Angel’s Envy).

Our team prepared complete civil plan sets, including plan and profile drawings, utility coordination, erosion controls, and lift station details.  The project was funded through a combination of CDBG awards and pending EDA and SRF submissions, ensuring both compliance and cost-effective delivery.

What sets this project apart is the alignment of infrastructure investment with economic development and environmental protection. The extension required careful coordination with existing utilities, FEMA floodplains, and multiple stream crossings along Campbellsburg Road.

By engineering resilient sewer infrastructure, AJC supported expansion opportunities for Kentucky’s growing bourbon industry, while protecting surrounding communities and waterways.
