Lexington Development Plan (Site Plan)

Service Description

Lexington (LFUCG) Planning and Zoning submittals and special rules required. Price includes creation of a drawing/pdf for submittal by owner to a Planning Commission. We are glad to walk projects through the process on a separate an hourly contract. What is included? A separate service--Survey-will be required if not provided to us. Preliminary Design/Layout for up to 2 ac based upon sketches provided by owner 1 Revision is included before submittal to the agency. Any agency revisions will be done on hourly cost. Construction Drawings come after Development Plans. That is a separate service.

Cancellation Policy

You are not required to be present as long as we are provided access to any locked gates (which we will keep closed). To reschedule or cancel please provide 72hr notice. Cancellations will result in 50% refunds as we start on your project immediately. We are glad to provide you with copies of the deeds pulled etc, should you chose to cancel.
