FEMA Elevation Certificate for residential or commercial, provided by our Professional Land Surveying firm. If there are multiple permanent structures, each one will need a separate form. Pricing below is for standard buildings. For unusual structures, please inform us as extra time or cost may apply. Certificates are provided within 3 business days. Call for custom locations-we work in many states and counties.

Cancellation Policy

You are not required to be present as long as we are provided access to any locked gates (which we will keep closed). To reschedule or cancel please provide 72hr notice. Cancellations will result in 50% refunds as we start on your project immediately. We are glad to provide you with copies of the deeds pulled etc, should you chose to cancel.
