Service Description

ALTA/ACSM Land Title Survey: This is the most comprehensive type of survey and improvement location. It covers all the aspects of the boundary survey and improvement location and identification for any additional evidence of possession or use which could be adverse to the interest of the purchaser. This survey may include definitive statements regarding the flooding potential in addition to a review of Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM). - We'll need a title package from the title insurance company and a Table A from your lender. Call our Surveyor to see how we can help. If you have the Title Package and Table A we can price during our scheduled call. l (WE), the undersigned borrower(s)/purchaser(s), have read, understand and have indicated above the type service desired and have authorized the work to be performed.

Cancellation Policy

You are not required to be present as long as we are provided access to any locked gates (which we will keep closed). To reschedule or cancel please provide 72hr notice. Cancellations will result in 50% refunds as we start on your project immediately. We are glad to provide you with copies of the deeds pulled etc, should you chose to cancel.
